My new helper......
I've a new Team Gene member of staff on a 3 month trial.... and OMG 
He panics like a superstar.... and then starts rubbing/pulling his ear lobes in some wierd stressed out act while proceeding to turn a strange shade of deepest red!
He's on a 3 month trial, I'm not sure if he'll make it to the third month, he keeps:
a) Talking over me... saying "yeh, yeh..." before I've even told him what he has to do!
b) Knocking on my door, then slipping through it, sitting straight down on my conference table (while tugging his lobes)
c) Stammering like Gareth Gates in a firing squad
I'm trying, I really am...... but FFS I'm starting to lose my feckin marbles!
Anyone else have anyone like this working for/with them?

my mate had a new starter from some scheme thing, full of happyness and eager in the morning, by dinner time, whatever drugs he was on started to wear off, and started crashing down into a state of mongo at an amazing rate, my mate figured he was no good so sent him outside to cut the grass instead while he contacted the scheme people.
the engineer was onsite at the time watching him and started to record him cutting the grass on his mobile, OMG he caught a classic.
lad simply walks over the edge and falls over onto the road pmsl
will see if i can find the video, i know my mate uploaded it somewhere
