Laser/Water Cut Alloy or Steel Disc: Where From? from
Im looking to have a disc cut, in either material, if anyone can offer any suggestions. It needs to be 110mm in diameter with a 60mm in the centre and have 6x100mm PCD and 6x70mm PCD holes drilled in it. Im not to a few mms on the diameter but the holes' PCDs are set.

We have a CNC laser profiler cut at work. If it's just a one off I can ask the who operates it to put something that small into one of the offcuts for you. I would need to know the thickness though

It will be mild or stainless steel (depends which he's set up for) if that's OK.
3 questions for you;
1 - What diameter would you like the 12 holes to be -minimum 3.5mm
2 - Do you want the two sets of 6 holes on the two PCDs to be on the same centrelines or offset?
3 - Where in Sheffield are you? I live in Macc but work in Ashton-u-Lyne, so can easily meet you somewhere on either the Snake or Woodhead (either is fun on the bike) to deliver.

1. 58mm diameter centre hole, with 70mm and 100mm holes.
2. Both on the same centrelines please.
3. SW Sheffield: closest to the Snake, if thatd be convenient.
Im going to use this to adapt a 100mm PCD steering boss, to allow the use of a 70mm PCD Momo wheel. The centre hole is to accomodate a horn push.

Job done, I'll PM you my phone number so we can meet up for you to collect.
Unfortunately we had to cut it from 2mm 316 stainless because we didn't have time to chance the sheet and the nozzle over
