G8 Summit £283 million waste of time?
'Blown-out Bush, Brow-beaten Brown and Fooked-up Fukuda and their thousands of cronies spending huge amounts of cash, eating, drinking and having the odd exchange of hot air, when a video link would have resulted in exactly the same outcome, i.e. NOWT
The G8 summit even cost me a delay in getting to work today and I live in northern Honshu, no where near Hokkaido.

Have you seen the ground-breaking **** they've come up with in todays mastication's (yes, I did mean chewing food!).
In my own words but accurate non the less: We must do something about the oil price, we must do something about the escalation in food prices and the plight of hungry/starving people, especially in Africa, and not forgetting the subject that allows us to tax more, we must cut CO2 by (put your wetted finger in the air)... Oh yes....50%.
Now if that is not worth £283 million I don't know what is
