Default The formula involved (for math nerds)

Anyone work out the formulae involved here

18 52 11 40 becomes 24 15 51
75 97 11 98 becomes 35 11 62

I take it your looking for x, y and z as below?

18 52 11 40 becomes 24 15 51 x
75 97 11 98 becomes 35 11 62 y
92 24 87 27 becomes 28 11 03 z

If so then I've no idea
