It is a sensible idea, and has been mentioned on here before.

As it's a sensible idea, expect the Government to ignore it and push through ever increasing Green tax idea's instead.

TBH I doubt the Government will do anything. It's a win win situation for them. We pay extra VAT on fuel. Extra VAT on increased gas & electricity. Extra VAT on food, clothes etc that have gone up due to increased Petrol/Diesel prices.

On money coming in terms, the Government have never had it so good.

don't know about a list, but it'll be on HM Revenue & Customs: Home Page somewhere.
yes, I believe choccy digestives a included. Now as for Jaffa Cakes...

How on earth could they manage to pay themselves their obscenely high salaries as well as their parliamentary allowances and also the AC accounts to run their second homes unless they keep winding the taxes up so that they can pay for all those non jobs and government pensions as well?

Come on-we must be fair about this mustn't we!
