they grow big
i have 2 packs of eggs left , all they need is distilled water, and a lamp to hatch them, then they just get up and go
they last about 30-60 days and grow to about 3-5 cms

Hmmm, looks like a triop but obviously much bigger.
I want one as a pet.
Looks to be some sort of relative to crabs/lobsters etc, if so, I bet it'd be nice boiled for a few minutes and served with a crisp salad and some thermadore dressing.
