Where as my brother in law is one of their fitters and having stayed late on lots of jobs last week because he won't leave someone without hot water ending up working 9 hours (essentially a day) extra was knocked back for the overtime cash due to "budget constraints"

Nexttime he's been told to call and ask if he should down tools and walk off the job whether he has finished or not!
