Are open university degree's respected as much?
I will be registering shortly for a OE course, Do these have as much clout as one that has been done at a conventional university?

I did stage one of my MBA with the OU and it was well respected in the banking community. It was in addition to my degree from Portsmouth though.
I always thought people that studied with the OU were generally hard working committed people, rather than the naive p1ss heads bereft of common sense that uni's famously churn out

I think I might start cracking on as from June, as I do lots of night shifts which is ideal for this, meaning I wouldn't actually have to do any at home.
