Sun bed goggles, safe or not?
will be getting some new sun glasses this week but wanted to do some sunbathing before then and get some vitamin D on me lol. Now i have some of those little black goggles about the size of a 10pence coin they provide you with for the sun beds and was just wondering if they are safe to use for our sun instead of artificial UV. Im pretty sure there are 2 types of UV hitting us from the sun and just wanted to make sure if my eyes would be safe. Any sun bed or health pros are more than welcome lol
cheers all.

Actually scrap my incorrect info, just googled this:
About sunbeds
Sunbeds emit predominantly UVA and some UVB, both of which can damage the DNA in cells of the skin. However, in recent years, lamps of sunbeds have been manufactured that produce higher levels of UVB to mimic the solar spectrum and speed the tanning process.
And I've seen some goggles on Ebay that protect against both UVA & UVB
