Sorry to post about this again, but theres been a few changes of events the last month or so! Basically my bird had a major head on crash, both cars were total write offs. bird knocked herself out, whitness is a lying tw@t ( think him and the other driver have come to some sort of 'agreement'). Anyway, to cut a long story short, all blame has gone on her! Is she still intitled to compo for her injuries, or is she p1ssing in the wind?? insurance company say's no, but I thought they might anyway!! Was gonna ring one of these no win no fee jobbies, but I've heard most of them are full of it! Any advice at all would be great - really not sure where to go with it now!

I know mate, to be honest my girlfriend doesn't want to know - she's just happy to be alive, and so am I - but she insists that she doesnt want to go to court, still doesnt like talking about it one bit, so it's down to me to try and sort it! Anyone recomend a good no win no fee???

Did the police investigate the accident? If so, did they apportion blame?

If it's only the insurance companies saying it's her fault,t can only be decided it's her fault if she gives in and accepts blame (all or a proportion) or it goes to court and the court decides. If she's accepted blame, how can she claim compensation for getting injuries in an accident she caused? (I'm not saying she did actually cause it, btw)
