Default Mobile Phone costs for phoning them (landline)

Having had to phone Orange concerning my phone. I was shocked to read on their site they charge a whopping 50p a minute to answer questions from UK landlines concerning their service.

I would also like to mention the amount of times I was placed on hold, cut off after being on hold, being passed around the different depts, not getting it resolved or getting bad advice depending what dipstick answers it.

Orange pretty bad show and for customer asssitance to charge these amounts for answering your problems leaves a lot to be desired.

Oh, I had to use the landline as the phone was goosed and try get a reply from e mail. They want you to phone you guessed it the premium landline to resolve issues.

Its another rip off and a large company getting paid for providing a customer service.
