Yes, bit of a curve ball that one... and slightly undeserved if you ask me.

Boys did well this week - very well in fact. Nice to see...

The **** up was basic, shouldnt have cost her the job,

The team leader (girls) is living on on borrowed time. She should have gone btw

That team leader is a b1tch - in my (personal) company would have gone.

Blonde was ok

Lady who "left early" was completely innocent and should not have been sacked

I thought Jennifer the team leader should have gone - completely the wrong attitude to be leading a team IIMO...

I was surpirsed that Shazeer went.. didnt she leave early under instructions from the TL?

I thought Raef did a cracking job, you couldn't criticise the boys team at all. They worked like *******s and got the job done. Sign of a good leader, that.

I'm sure the girls team leader used to be a man, either that or she is really annoyed that she isnt one.

What a cow though, she seemed to start blaming people for messing everything up 5 minutes after they had started, definitely covering her **** in case they lost ( while of course reminding us every 5 minutes about how hugely successful she was as a sales manager ! ).

Dont think the Indian woman deserved to go, she seemed to be doing well, and it wasnt her fault the team leader sent her back to the house, then realised they didnt understand the system for the orders. Surprised the other Indian wasnt picked to go into the boardroom as she was the only one who stuck up for the blonde one when the team leader was having a go at her.

Had to laugh at the £5K quote for the hotel cleaning though !

Was quite impressed by the boys, no back stabbing or ar5ing about, just got on with it and did the job. Was good to see them all work their ***** off to get all the washing done in time before the laundry closed rather than running out of time like the girls did.

Shazia was just on Virgin Radio & completely ineffectual. Perhaps she was just nice but on hearing her this morning, it would only have been a matter of time before she went. Least there's more fireworks yet to come - is Sir Alan playing the ratings game perchance?

That Jenny is a stupid bint - she should have gone. Shame there's onyl one bit of totty in this episode - the Irish lass. Totty value needs to be increased for the viewing, male, public.

As for Raef, thought he was a bit of a tosser, but did a good job yesterday. To be honest though, when a team wins it is rare they criticse a team leader. When a team loses, it is the most obvious thing to do. In this case, Jenny was a muppet. Raef did well.

But that was a afirly easy task to be honest. Bet the next few start to get fun!

I think the Team leader should have gone. All her fault. Picked on the blonde tart far too much for my liking. Why she didn't retort with a timely "Feckoff" is beyond me.

The only girl worth ******** is the Brunette Irish girl. Looked half decent last night.

I love the way the girls team had all those 'expert' sales people and even without the £50 fine for loosing that guys shirts they woudn't have beaten the guys. Also, nothing was mentioned about the 'deal' the girls struck with the other punter for losing his boxers!?
And as for the dark girl that keeps coming up with the great ideas... 24 help line, asking for tips.. I guess if she keeps coming up with ideas, one of them might actually be good

Had to lol @ Sir Alan "Ring em for what....to see how my Calvin Kleins are coming on"

Thumbs up

i think B20's on the money.

simon to win - nine years in the artillery and an ex-NCO makes me think he's already got a massive, maybe unassailable, head-start in terms of life experience, nouse, man-management, motivation and ordered thinking. which are eminently transferable skills. the only way he's going out is if he gets shafted by one of the clothes-horses.

god it's a smashing programme!! and jennifer should have gone. nightmare bint with a nightmare school marm personality. oh. ag.

Interesting. I thought he was good as well until he started talking about Raef and how it was like the "good ol days". To me that demonstrates no leadership skills or maybe a desire to lead? His comfort zone is having a "Rodney" to take overall charge.

I kinda agree with Shazia going - even though it feels a bit unfair. Those girls that priced up ridiculously should maybe have bitten the bullet, but that implicated the PM too much I guess (she would have only barked "be quiet" the once to most people I know mind!!! ).

Imagine you disassemble an engine and lay the bits out nicely with some instructions. You then leg it on a mission anyone could do and desert the specialist knowledge and what you were in charge of. Guess what? It doesnt go back together in quite the same way... She should have known she needed to stay to avoid those awful shirt/owner **** ups!

When you have your washing done in Thailand they sew coloured threads onto the labels to mark what is yours - GENIUS - boys rule

You really had to hand it to the lads who were out selling, and have a laugh at...

<on the phone to the laundry>"Yeah, we've just finished - closed the last deal - heading straight back to the laundry now, on our way as we speak - see you shortly!"

"Um, yes. One latte a cappuccino and what are you having Raef?"

Raised a chuckle from the Mrs and I...

I pissed my self at that as well especially the way they kept flicking from them sitting in the back of the car drinking coffee completly relaxed to the laundry with the army guy running round with his shirt undone and big red face.

great telly, best episode yet IMO

Completely agree. Although a valid survival tactic, her attempt to divide and rule DID backfire, so it should have been her, the charmless gobber!!!

Actually I would have preffered the gobby slapper from the other team to go..Just cos she's crap at IT doesnt mean that those that are self proclaimed WORSE should take the rap!!!
