The CCTV is very worrying, as the evidence I saw presented on the news was incredibly weak.

One poor old lady stopped in the road (not next to the kerb), and then reversed to allow a bendy bus past parked cars. At the moment she stopped reversing, they took a pic of her and fined her...

I think there will have to be a few challenges in court over this CCTV footage. Static images are not enough to prove you parked, they actually need to show video...which of course they are not going to want to give you.

I see this as another way to get motorists off the road,whats going to be next? a 10 year ban for a speeding offence? this country has gone to **** and i for one cant wait to get out of it
