What's the best way to chat up the neighbour?
Not my neighbour, but my brothers.
I was round at my brother's place earlier where he ws teling me that his neighbours had split up. The fella has moved out and left the youn lady behind.
I'd never seen the her until today, but I'm glad I did. And yes, you would!
Sadly I was just climbing into my car to leave so didn't get chance to talk to her. 
What do you reckon the best way to chat her up will be? The old "can I borrow some sugar?" routine came to mind

i think the direct approach always works best,don't waste time with the can i borrow some sugar,because she will most likely see right through that anyway...PICS PLEASE..

i saw this true life documentary the other day and it had two undercover coppers who was watching a woman waiting for her ex to return anyways one of them went undercover as a phone repair guy and set up phone tapping devices snd things next thing you know he keeps bumping into her and then ends up giving her a piece of his night stick

Well seeing as the weather is nice get your top off and start doing your brothers gardening for her to notice you
Then when she comes out to offer you a drink you can mention to her how you like to see a neat and tidy bush
