My First Messer , Ebay
Ive bought lots of tools off ebay, Now I think Ive a bad messer, I paid for a Hilti breaker 8 days ago, Allso I paid extra for 24 hour post, Now the seller is not responding to me at all, All I know her name Sarah Allen , swansea SA1 8ND , how can I find her full address ???? . Or can ebay do some think , I payed by paypal.

Sorry to ask what may be a stupid question, but what makes some of you think the account is dodgy? (Not including the fact the items not arrived as yet)
how do you know feedback is out of date? Are these types of things dead give aways to a scam?
You can probably tell I don't use ebay!

Last feedback is 6 months old and therefore you can't see what she has sold
Beleive me that is never an hour old
The fact she hasn't respomded despite offering 24 hour posting tells a story
I would report as soon as your able to 7 days I think

Id guess that its been stolen out of a van (based on everthing else that I can glean from the page)..... It looks as though its been used for 'an hour' a day solid, for the last five years!

Seller also recently listed these items 120236285601 , 120236294719 and 120236295442 - looking at the items listed they seem a bit random and low value for a scammer. It could just be the seller is a bit dozy, or isnt getting your emails.
Also, from the bike and car parts listed, I would bet on them only being 17, so they may not show up on an electoral role search, or they could be at a student house or something.

Alan. You can report an unreceived item to Ebay after 10 days. Unfortunately when the same happened to me After 10 days the funds had been cleared into the sellers account and they were no longer a member and they said tough. 
Good luck mate. Look on the bright side if you decide to get it delivered by hand you have 600nm torque and will get there and back on a tank..

Lives in Port Tennant in Swansea, could well be dodgy lol. I know a few people over that way will see what i can find out for you. Its Pant street btw (not sure what number though).
