Best film stunts in Car of all time??.
Well we seem to have a lot of film threads recently, so lets have one involving our pride and joys.
Lets start with.
Barrel roll over broken bridge from Man With a Golden Gun.
Or the chase scene from the Rock In San Francisco.

I was working with a customer once, who was on a trip to San Fran, and they saw a relatively big car crash, so rushed over to see if anyone needed any help, and tried to dial 911 for emergency services, only to be told that they were filming a car chase scene for the Rock
French Connection was a good one for a long time

Yeah the barrel roll in The man with the golden gun was tops. I also like the chase with the Mini in Bourne Identity and the final few scenes in Hooper with Bruce Reynolds.

The original gone in 60 seconds. None of that Nicholas Cage nonsense.
Writer, director, actor, stunt man Toby Halicki in a 1973 Mustang Mach I. 40 minute chase, raw as hell.

Hooper, bloody hell, that brings back memories. I remember seeing clips of it on Tiswas. Burt was driving a red trans am if i remember correctly. In one bit he slips under a falling chimney stack.

Many people quote Ronin in these threads but although a cracking film, the car scenes never impressed me.
Death Proof chase scene is pretty good. The charger driven by the baddie (baddies always had chargers) and a Challenger like the one in Vanishing Point.

Yeah thats the one . Burt was the old stuntman and Jan Michael Vincent was the new pretender I seem to remember. 70's cheese but some excellent cars stunts.
