I have some savings with them and, indeed, my Mini Cash ISA!
Fill your ISA up with £3000 but don't put more than £28,400 in a savings account with them .... this allows you to invest a further £3600 into the ISA in April and not go over the £35,000 Guaranteed Deposit.

But as Icesave don't have any branches/offices in the UK only something like 15k is guaranteed by the FSA and the rest by a European scheme. Icelandic banks have had some bad press recently, but if you want higher returns you generally need to bank with 'higher risk' banks.
I still use Icesave however, and have been extremely impressed with every aspect of their service.
Lloyds do a better ISA tho - 6.5% (for balances over 9k) and they allow transfers in!!
