Are you religeous? does it help when your having a bad day
to be honest after a truly awful day at work, i can sort of see how people get into it .
it beings me to tears almost seeing other people get a dinner hour whilst i was in at 7.30 till 6pm. my customers are arseholes and my manager has been off all week (on holiday) not to mention the six weks off sick in the summer he had
plus we are living in a squat or so it seems since the leak (see previous post)
changing mortage and on top off that making plans to re-model the bathroom.
you come home shouting at the kids (who havent done anything wrong)
i can see how people can get into it, or is it just 'not your night son" and you turn to these things to help you out?

I find releasing tension via sharing my thoughts on a car forum much more beneficial than turning to some mystical being

Maybe changing your mortgage via some mystical being you found on a car forum would be the ultimate release then........... until the solicitors get involved anyway

Prayer has been scientifically proven not to work and may even be detrimental to the health of the person being prayed for.
For all those believers in sky fairies, look away now:
Prayer does not heal the sick, study finds - Times Online

Top notch bonus would be to actually come back as a Shire Horse, majestic, proud and with lovely legs (but I know I will just rust away as most other organic matter...! D

Religion does not help a bad day turning into a good one. It may help to cope with your bad day. Religion can inject euphoria into your system, giving you a boost or tranquility, to help you get through your bad day, and hope for a good one the next day.
BTW, religion is not the only drug or a crutch in moments of dispair. There are many other ways and self-therapies to go through cr@p, without tearing your hair off. For example, go back home, open a bottle of whiskey, and batter the keyboard over NSR, and regain your mental sanity Will sort your head out
PS:
^ Don't worry about driving others insane

No, dont be silly, but for a 1300 (verified - got me magnifying glass out) he did very well (although he mostly offroaded for the twisty bits/ditch hugging - whatever they call the options on 13" £12 wheels)!!!

nope not for me either
this year is probably upto now a far worse year than last year, and that was pretty bad, religion for me personally doesnt help one bit at all
Not really sure what does to be honest, as I'm still trying to figure that one out
