118118...stick it up your moustache
Got my 02 bill today, good news as it is way lower than usual so not bad.
apart from the monthly charge which is fine, my actual calls charged was only £13.00.
but looking down the itemised bill, every call to 118118 where I was put through to the number made up the £13. I know that it is lazy getting put through, but they take the proverbial at those rates.
So lesson learnt, try someone else for directory enquires and only accept the free text number they give out.

I've been known to dial 118 .. even when the phone book is within reaching distance..
