I thought it was a joke about a tattoist????? a young ladie wants at tattoo or a piercing in a delicate area and he has to NUMB it

woman goes to doctor.
"Doctor, I'm beginning to worry that one of my breasts is much bigger than the other"
"I see," said the doctor "I'll have to weigh them to make sure, go behind the screen and take your blouse and bra off."
So she goes behind the screen, comes out and he jiggles her breasts "Wey-hey!!" (Make breast fondling/jiggling action with your hands whilst saying this bit.)
Another woman goes to the doctor.
"Doctor, I've got a terrible pain in my vagina."
"Aha, I'll have to numb it for you. Lie on the couch and remove your skirt/knickers." So she does and then he goes Num, num ,num!! (make actions of opening legs and muff-diving whilst saying this bit).
