Is it just me or does anybody else go into panic mode when they go to the docs, I always end up with a racing heartbeat and a high BP reading, I then get it read elsewhere and its ok, it doing my head in !

Doctors? what are they? I have a vague recollection of seeing one 6-7 years ago, can't be sure though.
Look on it positively at least it doesn't necessarily cost you money to see one (well it never used to)
