Anyone brewed Kombucha?
Just looking at various tea's this morning online and I read about Kombucha, so I looked into this and it looks as though it could be a refreshing drink and easy to make with possible health benefits.
Has anyone had any experience with this ? benefits etc?

Have not tried that but have been drinking "Red Bush" recently which is non acidic and organic they say. It does have a very pleasant taste though. Think the Afrikaans name is "ROI BUIS". The Tetley version is good.
