New Additions...
After a rather difficult 18 hour labour, Mrs SJ (scoob_babe) gave birth this morning (St. Davids day, not the 29th ) at 5:30 to Daniel (weighing 6lb 3.5) and Rachel (weighing 6lb 11).
Mother exhausted and resting up, babies sleeping peacefully, me with no sleep and little food for the last 36 hours off to demolish a bottle of wine, a curry and a rather large cuban cigar.
I guess it's now time to grow up...
Yours, pleased as punch,
Rich

Thanks guys I'll pass on your messages as she will be in hospital for a couple of days, she managed to deliver without a c-section which apparently with twins is becoming uncommon. And a very nice Polish consultant delivered - more like him in the country paying tax please!
Shame Newcastle couldn't manage a win for the occasion
Chris - I think I'll get a freebie from Lo-ki at the Banana Leaf if I let him hold them!
POC - Use the drive whenever mate, just beware of the partisan neighbours!

Get some of today's newspapers wrap them in a black bag and put them somewhere safe, I did this and my kids now they're older like to read them to see what was going on the day of their birth

Well done old son and Mrs SJ
My missus winced when I said 2 at 6 lbs plus
You'll have to tell your son not to be rude about his sister's extra weight
Good luck to all. d

Thanks Phil, and everyone on the thread
I didn't see this thread in my befuddled state - 36 hours sans-sleep kinda takes away attention to detail! Totally chuffed to bits as I was expecting two girls!
I'll try to get management approval to post a pic or two.
