Default T-Mobile Mobile Broadband

Hello

I got this a few days ago, and I have to say I'm quite impressed. I get reasonable speeds in most places and 'free' access to all the T-mobile wifi points throughout the UK. And this for £15/month 3gb fair use + the free wi-fi.

No reason to post, apart from the fact I was a sceptic and having taken the plunge am happy.

I do travel about a bit, and it has worked in all the places that I have visited. I live in East Sussex, work in London and have wandered aimlessly around the South-East in the past week or so. I'm currently using it sitting outside my daughter's ballet school in Tunbridge Wells.

I haven't been 'Up North' and probably wont be in the near future, so can't comment on the coverage there. T-Mobile's website gives you an idea of coverage given a specific postcode.

That wifi sounds like a cool bonus, does wifi bandwidth count towards your total?
do you get a free modem?
I've been looking at the three deal but wifi could swing it to t-mobile.

It comes with the USB Modem, as far as I can see the 3gb doesn't include WiFi access although the website isn't clear on the subject.

I was looking at '3' as well, but T-Mobile reduced the price last week to compete (i.e £15) and it was the WiFi access that made me decide to go with them (as there are hardly any unprotected access points even in London these days )

Er, yes, that is one of the reasons I have it as I was using VNC on the FTP port to get to my home computer to do surfing at work but thought I would get caught one day.
