a air arms s200 is a nice light pre charged single shot rifle that is very light and quite.

easy up grade to 12 shot.

what sort of area are you shooting in/distance, as this will help decide your choice.

as said above, the ratcatcher, is good for cqc and them little beasts lol, and this you can get them with a big gas cylinder as the stock, rather than the little ones that go inside, so it will last longer

Bear in mind that it's illegal to use within 50ft of the centre of a road, even if it's on your property.

If you want to use something on an occasional basis then there is little point going pre-charged IMO.

You ought to go for something like the Weirauch 97k with Simmonns Scope and Logan gun lamp. I reckon you could pick up that little lot for £200.

In fact, I have the same package at home, do you want to buy it?

This is mine, cost about 800 quid with twin diving bottles. Gets 500 shots per fill.

Gunpower.net

I would buy a break barrel air rifle with a 4x40 scope - maye a BSA lightening from here:

J S Ramsbottom - The UK's No. 1 for Outdoor Sports - Phone 0844 8481400

Cheapest place for air guns.

Too obvious, not reliable enough.

Accuracy International AWM .338 Lapua Magnum now that would do the trick and from some distance away too

Would also be a dead cert for rats lol
