Notice they are talking about children

Think we all know that girls develop quicker

Just a shame they stop and then seldom progress any further

They obviously didn't include my wife. She got so angry not being able to control the mouse while playing an FPS game she threw it in a paddy and claimed it was impossible!

Ah well, anyone fancy a game of Team Fortress 2

Probably as the boys busy playing games rather than learning what they should be.

I certainly dont know many women who I would call proficient on a PC i.e configuring a router, troubleshooting connectio problems, building their own pc's. I work in IT and the ration of male:female in tech jobs is prob 25:1 in my department.

Girls are better at winding men up by posting confirmation that they are indeed better than men at something that has been previously considered to be a male dominated field

2 floor's of IT bods here and only about are 10 women. Must admit they are very tecnical, couple are DBA's the rest look after server builds, RFC's etc. My wife knows nothing about PC's but is very good with word/exel etc - she can type and keep an eye on her team at the same time

I wonder where sal has gone..maybe the stress of wondering how to close that little red x in the corner of the window has brought on another migraine, that can only be fixed with some new boot shopping

LOl, so you base your whole attitude to women and computers on "a few previous female friends"?

It's just as well I haven't based my whole attitude to Scottish people on just one, isn't it?

Two levels here IMO;

Women are better at USING a computer.

However men are better at programming, building, configuring, diagnosis and fixing the damn things

Give a women a DVD-ROM disc with a greasy fingerprint on the underside and she's stuffed

Well, it's all electrical-related int it?

After all, what the prophet DCI Gene Hunt say last night?
"How many feminists does it take to change a light bulb?"
"Two: One to run around screaming, and the other to **** the electrician"....

Kinda similar
