Once you've read the article, it will occur to you that if the operators switch off the mobile phone network over night then no bugger is going to be plotting on their mobile, as the bloody network is switched off, so no-one will be traced anyway
That will mean that in order to plot death & destruction the Taleban will have to do it during the day - when the Yanks will be listening LOL
