Default Panasonic LCD TV's screen turns green when playing DVDs.

Just bought a TX-26LMD70A and the screen turns greeny when I turn it onto the AV channel, into which a *splutter* Alba */splutter* DVD player (approx. 2 years old) is plugged.

Is it me/the alba/the TV???

Any help or suggestions welcome.

Is your scart lead in properly.??

Mine does the same when the lead just comes out slightly due to movement..

It's not set to S and the scart cable is inserted properly.
Is it possible that the scart cable itself isn't man enough?

Make sure that the video output setting on the DVD is set to the same 'format' as the lead you have and also the TV input menu for the specific input you are using. Set this up using a composite connection if you have trouble seeing the DVD menu. D
