Default what can you NOT do when you are over 30?

What are you not able/allowed to do when you hit 31?

Obvious one is club 18-30 but what else? Jobs, clubs, sports, anything. I don't mean what SHOULDNT you do, i mean what would you try and do and be told "no, too old"

Pulling a 16 year old would probably get that response.

That's one of the better things about getting older

I've had a good think about it (for all of two minutes ) and I can't think of anything else, for me getting older means you can do more and more due to better financial security and the fact that as you get older you care less and less about what other people think of you

those are things that are frowned on - i want things that you'd be turned away from! Actually, doesnt need to be 30 exactly. Whats the age for the army? is there a "too old" for that?

Railcard is 16 - 25 but I've just looked at their site and if you are a mature student of 26+ doing 15 hours or more a week for more than 20 weeks of the year you can still get one.

I believe they make exceptions for qualified people. e.g. If a 44yo experienced trauma surgeon wanted to join the medical corps I doubt they would refuse him.

As for Club 18-30 I read somewhere that it's really just a name and they have quite a few 30+ people going on them (again, why would you want to)

Go into Toys R Us without a nipper in tow.

My wife bought me a hooded jumper which I feel is a bit too "young" for me. I'll be 31 in June.

So don't forget

The whole makeup of society has shifted immensely over the last 30 years, you can pretty much do and wear what you want, whenever you want and age has very little bearing anymore.

My uncle is 42, plays five a side every weekend.

His doctor told him to stop as he's too old for playing such sports

Needless to say he didn't take up the advise and he still plays, and a very dirty tackler too...the b*stid
