Congestion Charge Payment
I've just realised that I missed a congestion charge payment last week, I have looked on the website and it only gives options for same day and by midnight on the 2nd day to pay or its a PCN of £120 with a 50% discount if paid within 14 days.
I have heard nothing yet, do I just wait for the PCN or am I missing something.

I didn't recieve a PCN. Although the £150 one turned up.
I submitted a response saying so, but had a letter back refusing my claim.
Not bad since I've forked out over £1500 in penalty charges without appeal which was pointed out in my defence.
Hopefully you wont get a ticket, but if you do, expect them to play hard ball.
