Speed fine Information ??????
As said already friend of mine got pulled for speeding. He claims he wasn't, copper guessed he was doing 50 in a 30 !!
Didn't follow him, no gun just two coppers in a side street !!
The ticket is a long yellow thing with FIXED PENALTY NOTICE (ENDORSABLE OFFENCE) at the top.
No mention of SP30 just a big £60 at the bottom.
Offence code 618 !!
Any ideas what this is and how to fight it ?? if worth fighting ??

He will need a specialist solictor to act for him. The fact that there were two coppers is going to make it diificult as the magistrates will believe everything they say. So unless a barrister/solictor can discredit the coppers opinion then it will be an uphill struggle.
