2 months in and My N958gb has died
And i thought O2/CPW had poor customer service..
Voda surpassed themselves today,
a warranty repair could take 21 days, (eek) a shop repair may take 7-14 days.
they dont do next day replacement under insurance, and they didnt even know where my nearest shop was.
14 days now to decide if a phone works ok,
unless they pull it out of the bag, I shall be jumping ship in 10 months time

Weird. Every time my phone has gone **** they've had a replacement out to me, no questions asked, next working day. In fact last time I think it may even have been the same working day...
Guess I must spend too much with them.

na the normal one is even worse, the battery wont last throughout the day. is a nice phone with good spec, but usability is terrible. will cost you so much if your provider charges to repair it.
trust me i work in a phone shop. steer clear of the phone

It's a great phone imo, and I'm very happy with it.

The N95 has a habit of switching itself off despite it having plenty of battery. I also had this with another Nokia so I've switched to Samsung and not had any problems.
