Anyone help me with a little legal advice?

It's regarding an Insurance claim started through a well known "No Win , No fee" company, just need someone to help me with a little legal jargon (Only a little) 
I don't really want to post the details here tho'.

I've just recently had one or their lot (personal injury claims)round my place last week and no doubt the question your going to ask is to do with the Insurance and disbursments? It confused the confuddle out of me anyway...so just as a precaution I taped him.
