I bought a V fit one (comes with 2 bungee cords for upper body workout) comes with a 'computer' that shows time, step count, calorie consumption (although only a guideline) and reps/min.

I do about 15 mins a day (sometimes with bungee, sometimes without).

It's convinient because i can watch TV and not get bored with the exercise.

Problem is it soon gets put in the shed and forgotten about I go to the gtm straight after work that way there is no way I can skive. And seeing all the fatties around motivates the hell out of me.
