Another employment law question
If you work for a company, but have never signed a contract, is it implied that you accept the terms of that contract anyway?
Specifically if the contract says you must pay back any training costs incurred during the last 12 months would you have to if you haven't signed the contract?

I m not sure if this has to be specifically covered by an employment contract - It could be specified in supplied terms and conditions which do not beleive requires an employee signature.
Employment Contracts - What should be included in an employment contract?

Olly,
A contract od employment may be express or implied, and if express either in writing or spoken.
So if you've been working for 12 months and getting paid, you certainly have an inplied contract and probably an express one if you have agreed the terms of pay, etc.
As for the specifics such as training - if you were made aware of the repayment requirement before embarking on any training then yes, you would have to repay it, but if you were not, then it is unlikely you will have to.
