We were picking up some merchant seamen in Ascension Island once. While they were waiting to board the VC10 they used to knock it back sitting outside the NAAFI in the sun. We used to let them on board if they could still walk up the steps! 
One bloke dropped his plastic bag and his duty free smashed all over the tarmac. He was trying to scoop it up off the ground and drop it in the bag!!!

That bit nearly made me puke. I hate seeing people spew-up. 
Was once in a bar when a couple were sat down. One of them puked up over the floor, but they still sat there. Some time later a song came on that they liked. They then got up and started dancing in the sick. That was it for me. Once I saw that I had to make a VERY quick exit outside to get some fresh air.

Dont mind it personally, now if I see someone with sore eyes, blood shot or what the like my eyes water really bad, infact, just thinking about it now whilst typing is sending my eyes funny.

School play. Proud parents in seats. All going really well until lead 12 year old girl suddenly vomits on stage through nerves just as two fairies have to come running on. Unfortunately, said fairies couldn't stop as they slid on the vomit. One fairy shot striaght out into the wings, the other shot off the front of the stage. I admit it wasn't overly kind of me to go into hysterical laughter, but it was kind of catching as the whole place collapsed especially as the rather dour headmistress tried to mop up the puke as the play went on around her!
