Hi Girls
I want all your opinions; I would like a real fast modern aerobics DVD
Any ideas out there of witch one to buy I want to get sweaty, and sore the nexted day to prove I have worked hard.
I used to go to classes a while ago in the north it was really good it was a gay guy a bout 27 years old he was a good laugh.
Anyway see what you can do, I hope to buy it Sat.

What about the Billy Blanks Tai-bo?
My missus taped two back to back and edited out the middle cool down and warm up.
She enjoys it,and feels the benefits of it too.She has tried a few but likes these ones.

I can recommend going the gym, I don't tend to go for aerobics, always been put off it as being too girly!! LOL, it would have ruined my tom-boy image
I used to do lots of running, thai kick boxing, boxing training and general weights training to keep fit.
I haven't been able to for a while due to back injuries, I am hoping to get back into some hard core exercising asap.

I agree with Stevie C, the Thai Bo vids are meant to be excellent, thinking bout getting all 3 myself. If you are actually going to go to attend a class then i reccomend Body Combat, excellent workout!!

I'll 2nd or maybe 3rd the Tai-Bo vids. My girlfriend is making me do them and they are really good. She has two of them and really likes them.
Bonus point for blokes is you don't feel like a total **** doing it.

there is only one form of real exercise.
