creating a CD for circuit training
Hi,
With the Christmas chocies all behind us the shift at work would like to do a bit of circuit training to motivate them to work a little harder in the gym. I am looking to make a disk up whereupon there will be a beep or similar at regular intervals to allow a smooth transition from machine to machine. Can anyone suggest a piece software that I could use to achieve this? The cheaper the better...free is better still!
