A27 Havant SPECS installation
Just come back from dropping my nipper home...
A27 Havant from the end of the Chichester bypass, to the A3m turning now has the poles in place for SPECS camera system. ( E-W )
It also runs from the exit of the A3m to the start of the A27 Chichester bypass (W-E)
These poles weren't there Friday !!!!
Speed limit is currently NSL but watch it get dropped!!!
dont know when it will go live, but be warned

Could it be in preparation for some roadworks? or does it look permanent?

Last time I came through there, there were some major roadworks going on. Probably being put up to enforce a temporary speed limit.
Of course you could just change lanes...

B-B are you ever in a hurry along that stretch of road??
Anyway, just change lanes each time you pass one - they can only prosecute you in a single lane - and you will never be in the same lane between cameras

Nowhere near the roadworks, and they finished about a month ago

Has the type approval been amended to allow images from non paired cameras to be used in a court of law?
