Do you drink a lot at home??......
I never used to... always out wining & dining, for the past year or so I've began to have the odd tipple on an evening... however, this has now turned into a 'nightly' thing...
Should I consider 'upping' this curve and look to start teaching myself how to play the penny whistle as well as buying a scrawny mutt... so when the times right I can sit in shop doorways with my can of special brew!
Or am I alright, albeit slightly overdoing things...??

Hard to say, I never used to go out and generally have 2-4 cans a night sat at home with say up to 8 cans on a friday or saturday night, since I was single I was going out every night downing 8-10 pints at least but now Im seeing someone again I dont go out often and rarely drink at home, but when I drink I go for it in a major way. Probably aim for 15 pints with a few shots chucked in.
Drinking at home I never do unless footy is on telly or I have a few lads round. Nothing wrong with staying in and having a couple of social drinks if you have company

Never used to drink at home, now i do, maybe a bit too frequently.
Wine, beer, beer, wine. Leave the hard stuff alone, unless i make some cocktails.
You don't need to know songs, just mumble. Maybe time to start growing the beard though.

normally 1, maybe 2 cans a night after getting in from work.
unless i`m going out, like tonight
sometimes i will hammer them for no reason, like last month when i managed to knock back 8 within an hour while playing on the xbox, not really sure what happened but i do remember loads of Americans on my team kicking off because i couldn't shoot properly on gears of war

When I lived on my own and was not working (many many years ago) I would drink a 3 litre bottle of cider most nights and just watch job finder till the early hours........
I used to work 4 on 4 off and on my days off I would start drinking at around
11 am whilst doing DIY, by the time the wife got home at 6 I would be half pissed, had to knock it on the head after a few months due to her moaning about me being drunk when she got home.
I still drink 2 or 3 cans a night and enjoy getting wasted on my own....strange I know.

If you have answered YES to three or more, you are definitely an alcoholic.
1. Do you lose time from work due to drinking? - Every lunchtime
13. Has your efficiency decreased since drinking? - On some mornings yes!
16. Do you drink alone? - If Sky+ doesn't count then yes!!
Well that's that then... spare some change guv??

8. Does your drinking make you careless of your family's welfare?
No, but then again I don't have much of a family...they were tragically killed in a house fire when I left the microwave on re-heating a kebab I got when pished.....oh! My bad!

Only ever drink at home never (except if its at a mates house for dinner or something) when I go out. I'm not really a beer/lager drinker, stick to spirits. To be honest I rather cozy up with the missus with a fine cognac than go out and blow an easy fifty notes.

I enjoy it too! I like a tipple or three every night and can have a really nice time when I'm alone, the other half often works nights so it's just me, the JD (or wine), Sky+, my laptop and the sofa. *Bliss

I can do 4 cans a night while playing on the xbox easy, but only after all the jobs are done in the house and the kids are in bed. Friday night can get messy though, can do in well over 10 cans in a long xbox session (mainly on live though with my xbox live buddies). Think I need to cut out the drinking mid week though, starting to feel guilty drinking ALL the time..
