Default ns&i investment account

Just found out i have an account with these my grandmother set up for me as a child.

I have sent off & applied for the bank book.

But once it comes how would i withdraw money from it. Looking on the website it says you need to send the bank book off with a relevant form.

I called into the post office today to get the form, reading it im a little confused.

Do i need to send the bank book off with the withdrawl form or can i take the book to the post office and make a withdrawl.

both, but taking it to the Post Office and making a withdrawal is easier - unless you don't live or work near a Post Office.............
