What a two penny bit set up. Just recieved a call and my wife accepted the reverse charge and it looks like its going the be over £4 for a call lasting no more than 40 secs and it was a threatening call so rang their customer services to request info and they only operate mon to fri......jokers.... and to add insult to injury they display the BT logo as if they are part of the group I can only assume to justify their operation...once bitten twice shy comes to mind
