Comet Holmes - Anyone else seen it yet?
Had a bit of a gap in the clouds last night and finally managed to spot it. Oooo Wow! Visible to the naked eye, even in the moonlight. Pretty impressive sight through binoculars. Here's hoping for a few clear nights over the next week or so as I want to get the telescope pointed at it.

I saw it last night. It was a clear evening on the Lizard. It is visible with naked eye, despite the bright moonlight. At 11 pm it is nearly overhead in an easterly direction. It appears as a fuzzy blob with a bright centre. There is no tail as it is pointed towards Earth. With a telescope - 500mm mirror lens with an eye-piece - it is quite a large object.
