Do you find your very slow and unresponsive for doing certain things?
Bringing up menus is one major delay sometimes. If you are reviewing a picture and press the options button its takes a good 5 seconds to actually display it.
If you are reviewing you photos (turn the camera on and slide it across to the review setting) and then 'play' a photo using the X-pict story option - If you try to quit out it freezes for 15 seconds before you get back to reviewing your photos.
If you do the same but you are looking at the photos using the media button from the main screen without the camera turned on its fine.
I took it to the shop and they tried it on another brand new boxed one which was the same, why have they released this phone with such bad software?

Oh no - Nokia N95 syndrome!!
My similarly numbered but totally different W850i is lightning fast.
Still think you can't stick TOO much software on a phone without suffering crashes all the time.

I have one and I haven't had any of the problems you mention.
The one issue I do have is that on my W810i I had all my pics and vids in sub files within the main headings whereas with this they are just all bundled in under 'photos' and 'video.' With several hundred to sift through it can be quite frustrating.
Paul.
