I'd love to but the capacity to work the following day is important. Oh the memories of my last trip to Newcastle.

I stayed in the Marriott last time I was in Sunderland, hotel was average but it had a sea view and was nice to walk along the coast after a few beers and a curry ( two doors down from hotel )

To be honest mate, I would say that "Sunderland" and "Decent" are mutually exclusive terms

Sunderland is a hole, but the coastline is fantastic. Loads of hotels on the front. Don't stay in the City centre if you can help it

I am sure there is a good hotel at the Marina too, can't think what it is called, sorry

Hello

I stayed in the Marriot on the seafront, it is okay. Not really up to other Marriots that I have stayed in.
