If you have such a strong case why dont you represt yourself? With a bit of common sense, time on your hands (well you dont have to work atm Sorry bad joke ) google I dont see how you could lose. Who the fek needs a solicitor nowadays to explain stuff on behalf of other people.
Another un-needed job that pays way too much inthe community IMO

Well i started a new job on the 2 of july,it is a seed (wheat & barley) cleaning plant,so it,s harvest orientated & is flat out between the end of july til middle of oct.I knew i had to work 12 hour nights 6 days a week then rest of year 8 til 4 30 ,so not a problem.any way half way thru my opposit on days with 10 years experince said i was the best plant man he ad had,but 2 weeks to the end this man does a u turn & does not talk or tell me what's going on & what there is to do...i was on nights on my own while he had temp help.my instructions were to make sure everything was run thru, cleaned down & ready for when he came in,wich i did apart from once in 12 weeks.it turns out he wanted me to find more stuff to do aswell & accused me of not wantin the job, even tho after i'd done all this some times he wouldn't have owt to do til late on in his shift...thing is when harvest has finshed there is not enough work for 2,so he makes sure he stays.plus they rub a bonus sceme, the manager sets a target & if we made (witch we did) it was the most they've ever done, but you have to be in their employment by a certain date, whitch conviently they finished me a day before i qualifed..

IIRC, not being in work for over a year or something, your rights are severely limited. A Solicitor will tell you this in detail.
