Well for a start the heart wont beat without Potassium so its something you want to look into

If your body is low on Potassium your likely to be weak or feel weak. The normal potassium level is 3.5-5.0 mEq/L. Anything under 3.5 is considered low. Depends on what your level is to the type of treatment you should look for. mild levels can be topped up with treatment via a pill etc. Avoid long strenuos activities if your suffering from it, its the basic form of prevention to be honest.

You can also change your diet to up your potassium levels, bananas, tomatoes, oranges and peaches are good for you in that respect.
