I still listen to a lot of that now and I'm 33. My favourite song ever from that genre (partly due to posterity and memories) is a song called Rushing on Pink Champagne by Rhythm Eternity.
It never made it past white label, but I tracked it down few years ago and bought it online from a shop in Leeds.
Played it and thought "Cripes this aint aged too well", but I still loved it

I now tend to buy these "Hard Energy" CD's as the classics have been done to death and in many cases butchered by modern day versions of them...

I listen to the odd track
Okay, I admit it, I'm out every chuffin weekend
Friday night I was in Bournemouth raving to Druid & Force as they dropped a FLAWLESS 95-97 set. In the main room as well, Yum
and last night I was raving to Vibes in the Old skool room of the que club in birmingham as he belted out underground Happy Hardcore set including the hardcore remix of "Come & follow me" "Wonderland" and best of all finishing on "Autumn days".
Good times
astraboy.

I loved the Ratpack (not Sinatra and the boys - I mean the slamming vinyl chaps)!
Also Easygroove and Grooverider were excellent. Stu Allen is a living legend and did a lot for hardcore in the north west.
DJ Welly was top too - I saw him mixing at The Pleasuredrome in Farnworth before it was closed and reborn as "life" in Manchester...
I used to go to The Pleasuredrome every week when I was 16 in 1990 and to the Legends all nighters in Warrington too...
Lost 3 stone in 48 hours after Legends 3 from heatstroke and exhuastion- my mum thought I had been popping e all night because I was so ill, but I was agood boy in those days...

Nobody mentioned DJ Sy. I loved it all back in the mid 90's. Every weekend out in Bristol, ace. What are Doves and Pink champayne??

Still got plenty on the hard drive. Great when on ramdom play and one comes in just after Maximo or ABBA
