Spanking Monkey's / Toenail Clippings / Child ****?!?!
Baltic arts centre on Tyneside appears to be suffering from a drop off in visitors!?!
In the year 2003/2004 more than 445,000 people visited the complex followed by only a drop of 40,000 over 2005/2006....
Could it be that having exhibitions such as their recent Spank the Monkey Exhibition are putting people off visiting??
or this pearler...
International travellers are being greeted by 1,700 naked people when they arrive at Newcastle AirportThe 10ft by 6ft picture of nudes near the River Tyne is one of the photos taken by artist Spencer Tunick for an exhibition at Baltic in Gateshead??
or even....
A collage of toenail clippings is going on display at Gateshead's Baltic contemporary arts centre??
lest we forget their most recent....
Police have seized an exhibit at the Baltic modern art gallery on Tyneside on the grounds it may have breached child pornography laws.
So then, who's up for a trip to the Baltic

I found a collage of toe nail cippings under the bed in hotel room I stopped in Aberystwyth.
The manager didn't use the excuse that its "art" though
