Best place I found was Eurostar Direct (0870 1676767). They do excellent deals on the Eurostar all over Europe, with really cheap fares, cheap upgrades to 1st class on the train (worth the extra for a nice weekend break).
They always have special deals including a number of hotels with 3 nights for the price of two.
Last year I went to Paris with the other half 1st class on the Eurostar with 3 nights in a 4 star hotel in Paris for £198 per person!!!
Only trouble is they don't have a web site so you have to ring and get the brochure - suppose it keeps their costs lower....
They also do trips to all other Eurostar destinations with similar deals....
